Ensuring quality and productive operations for J.Lodge as part of CognoConnected, Cognosante’s dedicated business Process Outsourcing (BPO) division. As leader of all CognoConnected programs, Anita ensures that all our federal, state and commercial BPO programs are operating at the highest level of quality and service with a focus on efficiency and innovation.

Anita ensures J.Lodge operational excellence through effective project management and a quality-centric culture concentrated on continuous improvement. Prior to leading J.Lodge, Anita created and oversaw the Cognosante Performance Center, a centralized unit for project and quality management dedicated to improving and maintaining performance objectives across the company.
