Based on the great success achieved with our call monitoring and quality assurance programs the decision was made to expand.
Working from a secure and structured home office, our employees are trained in the disciplines of call center and business office practices. They participate in weekly assessments and round table discussions coordinated by our Quality Delivery Service Managers at our Fort Myers headquarters. The systems we utilize in our core business are the same we use at All America Works. This ensures our contractual obligations, targeted objectives and programs are fully met.
