Company History

J.Lodge’s visionary founders have played a critical role in the success the company has realized over the last decade. Taking a unique approach to third party quality monitoring, Mike and Kolleen Schrider started J.Lodge to offer a cutting edge service while bringing an unparalleled social focus to the industry.

Inspired by a friend with cerebral palsy, the Schrider’s adopted a remarkable employee model upon J.Lodge’s founding—the mission of the company would be to employ persons with disabilities in a nationwide, virtual environment, bringing much needed job opportunities to a well educated, yet surprisingly under-employed segment of the population.

J.Lodge began testing the virtual, at-home structure about one year into its founding and today proudly employs over 220 persons with disabilities in over 42 states. This unique employee model allows J.Lodge to access incredible talent throughout the United States, offering clients the highest level of service. The ability to eliminate the traditional barriers to entry that persons with disabilities face has provided countless jobs to an incredibly deserving individuals.
