MyQuality is so easy to use and is accessible through an internet browse (no need to install any software on your computer to access the site). • Access to my quality can be obtained from any location using a usernames and password. As an added security feature, MyQuality can also be locked down through IP control (You can set which IP ranges are allowed to access the site). Ensuring security and integrity are maintained, every user on MyQuality is assigned a role (supervisor, team lead, quality manager, etc). Each role may have their own Dashboard that will appear when they log in allowing the specified user to focus on the data that matters most. • Reports can automatically be emailed to users through Scheduled Reporting and Email Alerts. The user will receive the actual report in their email and can click on the report to pull up the information in MyQuality. (For example, you want the team leads to be aware of their team’s quality scores each week – A report summarizing the team’s scores will be sent to their inbox every Monday morning at 8 am.) |
